This is a brilliant article and I agree with much of it, but not all.

Tossing out the republicans is a good first step, but today's democrats are clueless on how to help the middle class. Infiltrated by wokeism and a victim-villain ideology, they have no solutions for working families.

The middle class is not capitalist. Owning a small business or holding a middle management job, we are part of the capital, not capitalists. Our labor is the only commodity we can trade, and we own no other capital that we can put to work. Therefore, the neo-feudalism you describe has in effect been our way of life for over a century, we just didn't know it.

Saving money and investing it is not capitalism. We have no control over the assets we invest in. We are pawns.

While all of this is true, and nevertheless we manage to eek out a pleasant and comfortable middle class life, we remain happy.

When the middle class begins to evaporate and our hardworking middle class citizens begin to slide into poverty, this is when society begins to break down.

Capitalism is not dead, but barons (I dislike this term because it belongs to the hate-the-rich brigades) need to accept their responsibility to create millions of good jobs, or we are in deep trouble.

Currently there is no real incentive for true capitalists to create jobs. Until we fix this, we’re in danger of rebelling against capitalism, which would lead us all into poverty.
