Thank you this is excellent - I go further, as a white male who could be presumed to be in the ignorant stupid uninformed joe the plumber bracket, but isn't. The white privilege, white fragility groupthink is rancid, and never did have a chance against a backdrop of struggling middle class families across America in a downward trending demographic where the top 2% are accumulating more wealth while the paycheck people in the lower 98% are working more for less.

Preachy, sanctimonious, semi-talented people telling us we're privileged and guilty and at fault. The librarians and retail workers have united to lecture us on why it's all our fault.

I am so thrilled they got washed out in the last election.

If democrats want to have a chance in a future election they will have to purge the party of this diseased thinking and start connecting with people who work hard and face real challenges daily.
