Thank you for zooming out to see the big picture. It's difficult for most people to unplug their media overwhelm and think for themselves. Yhey inherently trust the media sources they're using. The same media sources that - in some cases inadvertently - are colluding to undermine democracy. The middle class in 1950-2000 was the most powerful body of people, given its giant spending power and the power of well-run democracy. It can become the most powerless, unrepresented, underserved and miserable group of people.
