Thank you for this brilliant account, and for your courage and clarity. It's horrifying. I am male and not a person of color, so theoretically am not a target for discrimination. But I saw enough unethical, discriminatory and bully behavior in my years in corporate America (and France, Switzerland, UK and Australia) that I decided to go start a small business so I could row my own small boat instead of being a hapless crew member on someone else's toxic ocean liner.
