Our empathy muscle has been weakened. We want to be right, rather than listen and see where our counterparts my have a good point.

This isn't about racism. Racism is but a symptom of a deeply unhealthy society. Racism benefits the social architects who inseminate it, nobody else. Racism is just a vehicle for dictators to consolidate power. We must not blame the citizens who have been indoctrinated into supporting racist ideas. They are victims, not perpetrators.
