I grew up in Italy then England, then came to the US seeking an escape from suffocating class systems. Sadly, the American one has blossomed while I've been here, from puppy to full-grown big dog. The divisions we're building are not helping people of color. We're attacking all the wrong causes and building social entrenchment that doesn't benefit the oppressed groups.
