It's true, we're in a very tough place for tech jobs search and a glut of candidates in a shrinking market. Thank you for this article, it reflects how many of us are feeling. Not sure of the solution, but it may have to include some entrepreneurial spirit, and some abandonment of the traditional Mon-Fri 9-5 patterns. We will be OK, but we may go hungry for a while until we land on a new shore, perhaps a temporary one.
