If you are a certified Salesforce administrator, and a good one, so you pass the interview questions, I see no reason whatsoever why we wouldn't hire you. The work is remote, zero travel, and flexible schedule except for live meetings with customers and internal team working sessions. I'm definitely not anti-seniors, as I'm 59 myself and all too familiar with ageism. I like millennials because they learn fast and are curious, but anyone, any age, any color, who remains curious, hardworking and polite with customers, can be a candidate for our program.
