I would love it if this were true. Sadly even if Trump actually loses - which he may not, thanks to Russian hacking and ballot fraud - Trump and trumpism will not go away. This is how a democracy fades and becomes a dictatorship. We will see terrifying hordes of armed militia in the streets, out to intimidate. The problem will not fix itself even if Biden wins in a landslide.
