I believe Biden's staffers bear the brunt of responsibility here. They realize they are the ones running the country, propping up a good man who is now in cognitive decline and no longer to to the job. The power wielded by the staffers is to enormous that they will be unable to fire themselves and help the Democratic Party select a better nominee. We should prepare for a Trump term, and be prepared to exorcise all Biden's staffers once that ship sinks, blocking them from any kind of responsibility or connection with the next nominee.
