I agree except for #2 - I have had the good fortune of working alongside many of the most successful SaaS founders from 2005 to 2015 and while some have a style that is very similar to a mid ranking executive at a large tech company, others are wild and irreverent, openly attacking social and corporate norms. They would never fit in at Cisco, HP or Oracle.
The rest of your list is right on target and anyone manifesting two or more of the traits you describe is unlikely to even get as far as seed round.
