Gosh what a great question. My forecast goes only as far as predicting the blue collar population swinging strongly into Bidenland because their job and earning prospects are actually looking up by 2022. Could the Democrats harness this energy and weaponize it against the Block Everything GOP? It’s possible. If working families can come to see that what was held up as evil “radical socialism” is actually a rebuilding wave that brings real jobs and real prospects to towns and communities, then Mitch’s case begins to fall apart. We need to guard against inflation, but MMT modern monetary theory seems to be gaining ground and it holds that a currency-issuing country has tools that a currency-depending country does not have, hence the difference between US and Argentina.
