Chris this is all good stuff even if it sounds more wishlist than fact based, I think I agree with most of it Morgan Stanley James Gorman is a dinosaur and increasingly alone, certainly compared with intelligent organizations versus stuffed shirts walking in midtown Manhattan. The workplace will split even further between dusty backwaters where employees have no future and are sweating in oppressive management regimes versus expansive and innovative companies seeking the brightest people.

Do not expect midwestern insurance companies and health insurance companies to think modern. They own the workplaces where careers go to die.
