Agreed but look: the Democrats pre-2020 were a ramshackle bunch of frightened kids with very few cohesive ideas or any kind of manifesto. Democrats were losing union workers, small business owners, latinos, women, and some of the black voters. It was a disaster. Luckily, Trump was a worse disaster, and voters used their brains.

Now with Joe and Kamala we have a centrist platform with some very solid ideas already on the platform.

we should be able to regain many many Latinos simply by fixing healthcare and education, and being tougher on crime in underserved neighborhoods. We should get back many of the black voters we lost, simply by putting more people to work and by seriously addressing police methods, without actually undermining or defanging our police officers.
