I agree that code writing is being commoditized, but as usual the sharpest and brightest will still command excellent pay, while the midfielders will have to align with a more modest valuation of their services. It doesn't spell poverty for society. It spells a new paradigm, allowing the most imaginative among us a new way to succeed.
